How to Survive Uni Without Mum!

As seen in the Daily Mail

CookingThis is an enjoyable and relaxing, two day course to teach students the cookery basics, including:

  • Quick and simple pasta dishes
  • Noodles and stir fries
  • Super salads and vegetables
  • Roast chicken supper
  • Sweet treats
    (Vegetarians are catered for)

We include tips on nutrition, shopping / storing food and kitchen hygiene. After a busy morning the students sit down to the laden lunch table, to sample the different dishes they have cooked.

In the afternoon we cover essential life skills, including how to:

  • Clean a bathroom,
  • Sew a button
  • Sort your smalls
  • Iron a shirt
  • Competitions

Then after a break for tea and home-made cake they have 1 hour of First Aid.

We only take 8 students per course.
'How to Survive Uni without mum' includes all the above for £175.

2 day courses will once again run in September:

9/10 September 2010, 10am - 4pm
16/17 September 2010, 10am - 4pm
